The ladder

Self-Found and Account-Found characters each have boards of their own. A Self-Found character is made online and banks only into its own stash. An Account-Found character shares the bank with the account's other characters and joins its board the first time it plays online. The Eternals rank the highest-level pilgrims in each mode. The Reckoning is the race from a fresh character to the Dark Lord, for Self-Found characters only, timed by the server from the moment the character is made, so the clock cannot be argued with.

Reads the live ladder and refreshes every minute. A provisional rank is still waiting for its run to be checked, and a validated one has passed.

The Herald

The in-game board (press L) is the main one, and it also shows each pilgrim's spectral echo in their real gear. Fallen hardcore pilgrims keep their place on the wall, marked with a skull. Names follow the ladder's name rules. A run only shows up with proof that it was really played, it stays provisional until a deeper check has passed, and a character caught cheating comes off the board.
