Steam Achievements

October 12, 2026

Dreadmark has 33 Steam achievements, and the free demo that opens on 19 October carries 30 of them. They unlock the same way in the demo as in the full game, from the very first kill.

Most of them follow the road through the demo. The First Mark comes with your first kill, Consecrated Ground when the Graveyard's mission is done, Under the Throne when you reach the Cathedral, and The Mark Answered when the Dark Lord falls. Each of the five members of his court has one of its own, and The Whole Court unlocks once all five are down. It counts across sessions and characters, so a Pallbearer you killed last week still counts.

Others mark the smaller moments: your first Rare, a Rare pulled from the Gambler's stall, a waypoint, Well-Rested at the camp fire, a keystone passive, every gear slot filled at once, a Unique, a Templar made and a Witch made. Enter the Reckoning comes when a Self-Found character beats the Dark Lord online and its time goes to the Reckoning board. Grave Wealth asks for 100,000 gold, and it is the slow one.

Six are hidden. Steam shows them as locked until you earn one, and most of them ask a lot of a Dark Lord fight. We won't spell them out. The other three of the 33 wait for the full game.

Every achievement has its own icon, in colour once it is earned and grey until then. These are the 24 the demo shows openly.

One more change, for the privacy page on 12 October. In the next update the Feedback form gets an "Attach my full log" box, ticked to begin with, which sends the game's log from this session and the one before it with your report. After a crash, the game asks the next time you start it whether to send that log. Your Windows user name, Steam name and Steam ID are taken out of a log before it leaves your machine.
